As the terms and conditions may be updated from time to time I recommend that you check this page regularly to take notice of any changes I may have made in the terms and conditions.

SHIPPING TIMES AND RATES
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on chamberofamber.com only one shipping method is available. At checkout, you will be prompted to agree with the shipping method for your order. Shipping costs are based on the location of the delivery. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout before the completion of your order.
I currently ship to all European countries.
REALIZATION, DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES
Since all products are hand-made the time of realization the order is 1-3 working days.
You can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 full working days. Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
The shipping cost of the delivery inside of The Netherlands is free. The shipping cost to other European countries is 6.95 EUR.
MY RETURN POLICY
Articles are accepted for return credit or exchange if returned in an unworn, saleable condition within 14 days from the purchase date as shown on the packing label. Full refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
For a return please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and tell what happened with the bracelet. Via e-mail, you will receive the details to continue the procedure. All returns must be sent at the purchaser’s expense with the original packing. Return address-slips have been provided together with your packing label for your convenience.
To secure proof of your return I recommend that you always save the receipt from the courier of the fact that you have handed over the parcel.
Once I have received your return, I will issue your refund to you.
AVAILABILITY & OFFER VALIDITY
I endeavour to have all offered items in stock. If ordered items are out of stock, I reserve the right not to accept your offer. You will be informed by e-mail and any payments will, of course, be refunded.
The prices and offers displayed on the website are valid at the time they occur unless other specific terms are stated on the website (promotion code etc.). Pricing errors, spelling errors and other errors or mistakes can occur.
The online store is open 24 hours a day. However, the store can be closed due to maintenance. For your convenience, I endeavour to execute such work in the night time.
At the moment I can only fulfil your order if the delivery address is a home or office address in the European countries. Therefore, our site is only intended to be used by residents of Europe.
By placing an order on my website, you are making an offer to me to purchase the products you have selected on these terms and conditions.
At what point in the ordering process are you bound by your order?
The moment you click “Place order” and the receipt is displayed on your screen, you are bound by your offer.
The e-mail you receive is an automated acknowledgement that means I have received your submitted offer. The contract between you and me will be effective from the time that the order confirmation is sent.
If you made an error when placing your order, please contact email@example.com and I will be happy to assist you. However, please always make sure to review your offer before placing it. Before submitting, you have the possibility yourself to edit any information you have entered, such as the shipping or billing address or credit card information, or change or delete items in your shopping bag.
To protect my customers and maintain the security of shopping online, I may run verification checks on the data you submit when you place an offer. These checks may include address and payment verification and screening your offer to prevent fraud.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION NUMBER
To maintain your security and prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter your Card Verification Number (CVV) when paying with a credit card. You can find the 3 digit number on the back of your credit card. It generally appears to the right of your credit card number.
When your order and data have been verified the payment will be deducted from your account. Please note that your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your bank statement.
PRICES & TAXES
All prices on products, shipping charges and other services do include the taxes. The shipping charge is added per order (outside The Netherlands is 6.95 EUR). At checkout, you will be always informed about the total price, including all taxes and other costs such as possible delivery costs.
The product image is not contractual. The colors can have different tones in different computer screens or printer prints, and the image can always vary slightly from reality. There are no two identical pieces of amber, hence the bracelets will never be the same. However, I heavily try to follow the pattern of my projects.
All prices displayed on chamberofamber.com are in the Euro currency (€). Please note that paying from the European country which does not operate with Euro currency may influence the price and the shipping costs (while converting it to your currency).
In the case of any defect or accidental breakage I offer a half-year warranty. You can send the bracelet back to me, however on your own expense. Your bracelet will be repaired.
